Why isn’t my tracking updating?
It may take 24–48 hours after shipment for the first carrier scan to appear. Tracking can also pause between facilities while your parcel is still moving.
My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.
Check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and allow a few hours for an early delivery scan. If it still cannot be located, contact our support team.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email. It is different from your JackonLux order number.
