Last updated: September 14, 2026
1. Information we collect
JackonLux Inc is the business responsible for personal information processed through this website. When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the payment information needed to complete the transaction. Payment information is processed through encrypted payment gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers.
2. Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember cart items, understand preferences, and compile aggregate site-traffic information so we can operate and improve the site. Cookies may include an anonymous unique identifier.
3. How information is shared
We share personal information with service providers only as needed to operate the site and fulfill orders, including fulfillment partners, payment processors, and shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
4. California privacy requests
California residents may request information about collected personal information or ask for eligible information to be deleted. To submit a request, email support@jackonlux.com with the subject “CCPA Request.” Because JackonLux does not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of.
5. Data retention
When you place an order, we retain order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or operational purposes.
