We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jackonlux.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
