The conditions that apply when you use the JackonLux website or place an order.
1. General conditions
By visiting this site or purchasing from JackonLux, you use our service and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service where permitted by law and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If an order changes or is cancelled, we will attempt to notify the email supplied with the order.
2. Pricing and product information
Prices may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and colors accurately, but screen settings may affect how colors appear. Review the product page and included instructions before use.
3. Lighting and electrical use
JackonLux is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including property damage or personal injury, resulting from improper installation, misuse, alteration, or lack of maintenance of LED bulbs, solar lighting, or cabinet lights, to the extent permitted by law. Follow the provided user manuals and consult a licensed electrician if you are unsure about installation.
4. Wholesale and B2B orders
Purchases made through the wholesale channel may be subject to a separate B2B agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these retail terms, the separate agreement controls for that transaction. Unauthorized reselling of retail purchases without a formal JackonLux wholesale agreement is prohibited.
