In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email provided at the time the order was made.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our lighting products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Purchases made through our Wholesale Portal are subject to separate B2B agreements, which override these standard retail terms in the event of a conflict. Unauthorized reselling of retail purchases without a formal JackonLux wholesale agreement is strictly prohibited.
