Where does JackonLux ship?
We currently ship to supported destinations in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and other unsupported remote destinations are excluded. Checkout confirms whether an address is eligible.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Carrier conditions can affect these estimates.
How do I track an order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on our order tracking page. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Returns and order problems
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
No. The current policy does not accept change-of-mind or no-reason returns. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law are not limited.
What if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Email support@jackonlux.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos or video when relevant. Support will review the request and provide the next step.
Should I send an item back immediately?
No. Every return requires written authorization and the correct return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
