1. No change-of-mind returns

We do not accept change-of-mind or no-reason returns. This applies to all products. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@jackonlux.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when relevant. Our support team will review the request and may offer troubleshooting, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

3. Return authorization

Every return must receive written approval before shipment. Approved returns must use the instructions and U.S. warehouse address provided by support. Do not return an item to the address printed on the original parcel unless support specifically instructs you to do so. Unauthorized returns may be refused and are not eligible for a refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Return shipping and refunds

When we require an approved return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, JackonLux will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or applicable law requires otherwise.

After an approved return is received and inspected at our U.S. facility, an approved refund is normally issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
