Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If a clearance item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@jackonlux.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the claim and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable law.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: When an approved return is required, we cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of mind on eligible non-clearance items: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RMA Requirement: Do not send items back to the address on the box. Contact support@jackonlux.com first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct US warehouse address. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
4. Refund Process
Once an approved return is inspected at our US facility, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to the original payment method.
