Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Defects/Damage: If the item arrives damaged, we cover 100% of return costs.
- Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
RMA Requirement: Do not send items back to the address on the box. You must contact support@jackonlux.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct US warehouse address. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
3. Refund Process
Once inspected at our US facility, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
