This JackonLux plug-in night light with outlet combines five practical functions in one compact wall tap: your choice of 3000K warm white or 5000K daylight dusk-to-dawn light, a grounded pass-through AC outlet, USB-A charging, USB-C charging and rechargeable power-failure lighting. The two-pack helps cover a bedroom, hallway, kitchen, bathroom entrance or another indoor area without giving up the wall outlet.
In the box: two JackonLux CP-ECL02 battery-backup wall tap night lights. Choose 3000K warm white or 5000K daylight. Both options have the same functions and specifications; only the light color differs.
Soft guidance after dark without covering the outlet
The built-in light sensor monitors ambient light while the unit is plugged into a grounded outlet. In its automatic operating state, the selected night light color comes on after the room becomes dark and switches off again when daylight or room lighting returns. This makes it useful near beds, hallways, stairs, kitchens and entry areas where a low-level navigation light is more practical than switching on a bright ceiling fixture.
Automatic backup plus removable portable light
During a nighttime power failure, the charged wall tap can switch to battery-powered lighting. Leave it connected for hands-free emergency illumination near the outlet, or unplug it and carry it as a compact portable light. The backup function is designed for navigation and short-term household lighting rather than whole-room primary illumination.
Plug in and charge
Leave the unit connected to a powered 120V AC grounded outlet. Initial charging takes approximately 2–3 hours.
Choose brightness
Set 100%, 50% or 10% brightness with the rear control before an outage.
Use during an outage
Keep it in the outlet or unplug it for portable lighting. Approximate backup runtime is 3–4 hours.
Test before relying on it: charge and test each power failure night light in the exact outlet and room where you intend to use it. Backup behavior depends on charge level and surrounding light conditions.

Does the night light turn on automatically?
Yes. While connected to AC power in its automatic state, the built-in light sensor turns the night light on in darkness and off when the surrounding area becomes bright.
Will it provide light during a power outage?
After the internal battery is charged, the unit can provide approximately 3–4 hours of battery-powered light. Test it in the intended location before depending on it.
Can I unplug it and use it like a flashlight?
Yes. During a power failure it can be removed from the outlet and carried as a compact portable light.
Does it block access to the outlet?
Each unit includes one grounded pass-through AC outlet so a compatible appliance can still be connected. Do not exceed 15A/125V or 1875W.
Are the USB-A and USB-C ports fast chargers?
No fast-charging claim is made. The two ports provide a shared listed output of 5V/2A for compatible devices.
Is this a surge protector or smart plug?
No. It is a battery-backup night light and wall tap with charging ports; it is not represented as a surge protector, Wi-Fi smart plug or GFCI outlet.
Does this product include 3000K and 5000K options?
Yes. Choose 3000K warm white or 5000K daylight before adding the 2-pack to your cart. The two variants are identical except for light color.
Use the outlet and battery backup responsibly
Use only indoors in a dry location and connect directly to a properly grounded 120V AC outlet. Fully insert the plug. Keep the unit away from water, damp areas, flammable liquids and gases. Do not disassemble or modify the sealed housing, and stop use if the product, plug or outlet is damaged. Do not exceed the listed outlet load.
