1. Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States.
• Extended Regions: Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take 5–7 business days.

2. Shipping Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. JackonLux is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.

3. Stolen or Missing Packages

If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, JackonLux is not responsible for theft (e.g., "porch piracy"). We recommend checking with neighbors and building management first. If you require a signature for delivery, please contact us before ordering.
