📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
We process most orders within 24 hours. Since we fulfill directly from our US-based warehouse, standard delivery across the contiguous United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii (5-7 business days), though a small shipping surcharge may apply at checkout. Currently, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or building management first. JackonLux is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery. However, if it's been missing for over 48 hours with no update, please email us at support@jackonlux.com.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we cover 100% of the return shipping. For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
Please email support@jackonlux.com with your Order Number. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the correct US return address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How do I test my Emergency LED Bulbs?
Simply screw the bulb into the provided power hook and turn it on. You can also touch both the bottom contact and the side thread of the bulb base with a damp cloth to complete the circuit—it will light up immediately!
Will solar lights charge during winter or cloudy days?
Yes, our high-efficiency solar panels can absorb energy even on overcast days. However, please note that charging efficiency is lower than on sunny days, so the illumination time at night may be slightly shorter during winter.
How long does the battery last on the motion sensor lights?
On "Auto/Motion" mode, a single Type-C charge can last anywhere from 1 to 2 months depending on frequency of use in your kitchen or closet.
