How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our stock is locally fulfilled. Once processed, you can expect your package to arrive safely at your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the US.
When will my tracking information update?
Tracking numbers are generated as soon as your shipping label is created by our team. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the real-time status on this page.
My tracking says "Delivered", but I haven't received it.
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. We recommend checking around your porch, side doors, or with neighbors. If your package hasn't appeared after 24 hours of the delivery notification, please contact our US-based support team.
What if an item arrives damaged?
We pack every order with extreme care, but accidents during transit can happen. If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, simply take a photo and contact us within 7 days. We will immediately arrange a replacement for you, hassle-free.
