What is NOT Covered:
Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or abuse.
Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or lightning strikes.
Normal wear and tear or minor cosmetic imperfections.
Products modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
Warranty Claims: To make a claim, please contact our support team with your order number and a brief video/photo demonstrating the issue. Our sole liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
