We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or are missing original components.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all costs.
Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., color preference, no longer needed), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse in USA.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at support@jackonlux.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
