Coupon Code
You can apply coupons code to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continuing checkout, your order total will not reflect the coupon and Bonus Point discount.
NOTES:
1) Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you copy/paste the promotional code you received.
2) Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.
3) Coupons are subject to offer terms. This does exclude some items on our website which are not eligible for coupon discounts.
International Shipping
If the item is not available to be shipped from a warehouse located in the United States, it will be shipped from a warehouse located outside the United States.
NOTES:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 work days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors.
4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
5) Please confirm delivery within 45 days (from the date of shipment). After that, the order status will automatically transition to complete.
